The host was so friendly and helpful and the room was amazing. Food and drinks were delicious

the workers were nice.

the owner of the place was horrible. she was pressuring the workers, and talking badly to them trough the phone, and giving them horrible orders. she couldn’t give me advices on anything, she didn’t want to book for a tour in etosha while my main reason of staying in tsumeb was because of that. she had no hospitality and was only focusing on a quick payment. She shouldn’t host, cause she does not know how to. horrible stay there.

Rooms were very nicely appointed and courtyard was very cool common area setup Internet and Netflix was good

Parking was very limited and we needed to shuffle multiple vehicles to get out It took a while (at 4p) for someone to answer the gate for us to checkin

We liked the area of the restaurant and bar very much, although we did selfcatering in the communal kitchen. staff very friendly esp. Maria

Room was very cramped but we found ways to get rid of all our stuff by giving back all excessive bedlinen to reception like pillows and duvets. The weather was very warm and we didn't have room to store it in the room.

It was really Nice rooms.

Lovely clean room, good Wi-Fi, free safe parking, bar and pool area is a lovely place to relax in the evenings .

Nothing bad, everything was excellent.
