AC! Much needed in las penitas. The staff were lovely and the property is well located just a very short walk from the beach. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Bed was enormous and very comfortable. AC worked well. Staff were very welcoming.

The staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Also the owners were very friendly and helpful. It's quiet if that's what you're looking for. The breakfast was very nice and you have access to the kitchen whenever you like, there's also a fridge full with beverages you can buy.

The wifi doesn't work in the room (or at least it didn't in ours), only outside. The water pressure in the room was terrible (but it is great in the outside shower 👌)

Really relaxing place. The hostess Kathy was very friendly and accommodating. Big clean rooms.

Excellent small family run guesthouse. Close to the beach, quiet, great ac and wifi, secure and great kitchen and chill out areas. We have stayed previously, easily the best value stay in Las Peñitas as far as we are concerned. Owners and staff very accommodating.

Absolutely wow! Very big room, nice breakfast, cosy Patio with hamocks. Seems like a 4* hotel, one of the Best quality places i have stayed in central America.

Staff was very nice. Hammocks were great. Breakfast was good and not the same every day. Bed was comfortable.

Not the best location but the beach was very close. The pool was very small and not very inviting. Suggest having mosquito repellent if sitting outside in evenings.
