It had hammocks and a kitchen

-No running water upon arrival. Arrived disgustingly hot and sweaty after getting a chicken bus from Leon to be told there was no water for showering, washing hands or even flushing the toilet. Staff did not seem to care. -No drinking water- filtered water ran out twice during my stay. -No A/C. This is known upon booking however listen to the other bad reviews- it is HOT. -BED BUGS!!! Worst aspect of it all, I’ve left the hostel with horrendous bites all over my arms and legs.

The location was very good! The room and the kitchen were okay.

The owners smoke which makes the common areas less enjoyable, the pool was very small and a bit dirty.

lots of space. well-stocked kitchen, kept clean. the pool is small but clean and very refreshing. great location, gate is always locked. not a party hostel, generally quiet.

burning hot in the dorms, day and night, and the mattress was very thin. i got about 2 hours of sleep a night. the one cool, breezy place to sit (directly outside the dorm: prepare to be woken up very early as other guests take phone calls 2m from your pillow) makes you susceptible to endless harassment from local men passing by on the street.

Receptionists were arogantic liars! At first evening I said that I would stay at least for 3 nights in the same bed. They said ok, no problems. The next morning, the receptionist came into my room and said that I had to change the room because this one was already booked. When I finally get my things to the new room, I find out that the worst top bed is left for me. I decided to change the hostel. Personnel acting like they don't care I will leave or stay, they even didn't try to solve the problem, just acting atogantic.
