The location is amazing. The owner very friendly. It was clean and had a lot of equipment for cooking if you need. Also extra blanket are provided but the place was warm.

"Interesting experience staying on a vintage working yacht."

6.0

It was an interesting stay as it is a working yacht - moored up - and therefore experience of staying on a boat would be helpful it can be a bit cramped. Dates from 1904 and quite quirky - first time I've seen a sink complete with its own beer pump! Shower worked well, there is filtered water and facilities for self catering. Travelling solo it happened that I was the only one staying at the time, would have been interesting if there had been others staying at the same time due to the enclosed but communal nature of the boat. It therefore lends itself to a group experience type stay. On the marina close to the town centre.

Accepting that it is a working yacht dating from 1904 and that it is largely well furnished there was a feel that some aspects could have been better. Some windows did leak and there wasn't a lock on the main door or any other doors. Unless you are well used to staying on boats I don't feel it would be the best stay for a solo traveller but may provide an interesting group stay.

"Wonderful experience!"

10.0

Captain Lukas is the perfect host! The ship is more comfortable than expected. All is clean. Shared toilets and showers are practical but big enough with good water pressure and temperature. Common areas are spacious and a great place to mingle with other guests. Rooms are big enough with places to storage backpacks. Beds are unexpectedly comfortable. Surroundings are beautiful with plenty of places to eat or visit. Value for money is exceptional.

It's a ship so expect cracking wood sounds when people are visiting the toilet late at night. However, when everybody is sleeping it's pretty quiet. All cons you might find are superseded but all pros.

"Very interesting place to stay"

10.0

Very interesting place to stay. It's a ship parked in the port. The rooms are small but well arranged with comfortable beds. There are nice shared areas, toilets, showers, kitchen, kitchen table, game console. There's also a coffee machine for the morning coffee. Everything at the ship is very clean. The WiFi was surprisingly fast and reliable. There's no private parking, but the public parking worked very well for us and it's nearby. The kids loved this place. PS: bring your own towels.
