Zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg behulpzaam

Wist wel dat de kamers erg klein zouden zijn maar zo klein, Was ook wel weer grappig. Het personeel en andere bezoekers maakten het verblijf erg leuk.

Die Lage ist super, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Frühstück war auch OK.

Das Schiff hatte leichte Schlagseite, sodass das Duschwasser den Ablauf nicht erreichen konnte und Man auf der Toilette immer nasse Füße bekam. Die Kabine / das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein. Besonders klein war das Doppelbett welches nur 102 cm breit und sehr unbequem war. Zwei erwachsene und gestandene Männer (Vater und Sohn) zusammengdrängt auf einen Meter. Das war die beschissenste Nacht die Man sich vorstellen kann. Es gab kein anderes Ersatzzimmer. Eigentlich hatten wir zwei Nächte gebucht und die Stadt ist wirklich sehr schön... - aber eine zweite Nacht in diesem Bett - deshalb sind wir direkt am Morgen abgereist. Geld für Unterkunft und Frühstück war uns ganz egal.

Ligging was goed, bed was ook prima. Personeel was vriendelijk en flexibel.

Location was great - close to the centre but next to a peaceful park and the water. The boat looked nice from the outside, the terrace/bar area looked nice

The room was not comfortable at all. It was - as expected - very small, but we have stayed in smaller and far more comfortable rooms. So many small touches could have improved the room. For example, there were no shelves, no hooks for towels, no bedside lights. There was one plug socket halfway up the wall with nowhere to place your phone whilst it's charging. Towels were tiny. The walls were black so it felt dark and dingy. The bed was uncomfortable and small. The toilet was actually in the shower cubicle so remained in a puddle of water the whole day due to the tilt of ĺthe boat. There was no door to the 'bathroom', just a panel that folded out but didn't go all the way up or down. We could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door, even low-level conversation, and we could hear them moving in their bed the whole night. We had a view onto a road, no view of the water. The room was damp and mouldy. They do breakfast but we were advised to rather go somewhere in town, so cannot report on that. All in all, the vast majority of hostels - even campsites - we have stayed in have been more comfortable. We tried to spend as little time as possible here because we just didn't have a nice feeling. We hate to write bad reviews and very rarely do so, but this is unacceptable for €180 per night and unfair on hotels that actually make an effort.
