Localização bem no centro de tudo, uma rua cheia de bares e restaurantes, muito bom!

A escada para acesso ao quarto é extremamente íngrime, com crianças chegou a ser ate perigoso. Não tínhamos toalhas, mas logo que pedimos recebemos, a pia estava com um leve vazamento.

No recomendamos este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto por graves problemas de seguridad, limpieza y mantenimiento. El estado general del apartamento era muy deficiente. A la llegada nos encontramos con suciedad evidente en varias zonas, dando sensación de falta total de limpieza adecuada entre estancias. Además, había numerosos problemas estructurales y de mantenimiento: ventanas rotas (una de ellas sujeta con cinta adhesiva), otra ventana del baño que no cerraba correctamente, y una puerta principal con un gran hueco inferior que generaba inseguridad. El detector de humo estaba caído, lo que hacía dudar de su correcto funcionamiento, lo cual es especialmente grave en términos de seguridad. El aislamiento del alojamiento era muy deficiente, lo que provocaba un ruido constante desde el exterior durante todo el día y la noche, dificultando seriamente el descanso. El mobiliario también estaba en mal estado, incluyendo una silla rota, y la ducha no funcionaba correctamente. En conjunto, las condiciones no se corresponden con unos estándares mínimos de limpieza, mantenimiento ni seguridad, por lo que no podemos recomendar este alojamiento.

Absolutely Unacceptable — Health, Safety, and False Advertising Concerns I am writing to warn other guests and to formally request a full refund. This property fails on the most basic standards of hygiene, safety, and honesty. Hygiene: The rooms are filthy. There was dirt and debris throughout, hair on the towels and in the toilet, stained mattresses, a sticky floor, and a sofa covered in large, unclean marks. The windows are broken and do not close. Several beds lack curtains; those that exist are dirty and damaged. The entire space has a pervasive unpleasant odor. We had to explicitly request that the toilet be cleaned — something that should be standard before any guest arrival. Safety & Security: There are exposed cables hanging loose. The stairs are dangerously steep. Most critically, there is no proper keycard system — rooms use static codes that never change. The front door does not lock and, we were told, cannot be locked. This is a severe security risk. We also experienced rattling at our door during the night. False Advertising: The photographs on Booking.com bear no resemblance to the actual property. Amenities listed as standard (e.g., lockers) were only provided after we insisted. Service: Check-in was over two hours late (promised 2:00 PM, room ready at 4:10 PM), with no acknowledgment or accommodation for the delay. This was not merely disappointing — it was unfit for habitation. We are requesting a complete refund. I strongly advise prospective guests to book elsewhere
