The man behind the reception was extremely rude. We could not store our luggage even though we asked this was possible when booking. This was very important as we are a band. We weren't allowed to use the toilet when checking in after a trip of 14 hours.

5 minutes from city centre. You exit the building and go to the right. You get there eventually.

Not a lot of ventilation in the room for big groups.
