OK only. Rooftop was good

Service at counter needs to improve. Breakfast starts too late

The rooftop was amazing, breakfast was also yummy. Not so much but very good. The bed was clean and the bathrooms too. I loved to see the sunrise from there. Also a good possibility to meet people and to chat.

Since I am vegan I would have loved an alternative milk to cow milk or vegan breakfast, but they tried their best to give me breakfast.

Admin counter needs to be more efficient. Wrong laundry and access card not activated on second night

Utroligt sødt personale, som hjalp med at arrangere ture, bestille busbilletter og taxa mm. Altid god stemning og smil :) Der arrangeres yoga hver morgen på hostlet, som er virkelig fedt. Værelset var rigtigt fin, der var god aircondition og fint rengjort. Placeringen er lidt uden for byen, men tæt på vandet og meget lækre caféer og i fin gådistance fra centrum. Det ligger lidt tilbagetrukket fra vejen, hvilket skaber hyggelige og rolige omgivelser. Her er en skøn tagterrasse med udsigt over byen

The only good thing about this hostel was Maya’s customer service. She was great at responding to all the issues I encountered during my stay.

The bedsheets and pillows were disgusting. The duvet had lice on it and was very dirty. I couldn’t sleep with it, it was a miserable night. I left the next morning cancelling the rest of my stay. The vibe at the hostel was quite off as well, and the well-advertised terrace is quite small and not very well maintained.
