"Run down and unclean - not worth your money."

Not far from Tongariro National Park

Not very clean. Stains on walls, carpet, paint peeling, spider webs and lichen on windowsills. Our room was plain and uninviting. Only a bottom sheet and blanket provided for bedding. Shared kitchen area was disorganized and dirty.
