Bodhi Santa Catalina

This is a great hostel with an amazing team and atmosphere. Thank you to Amilkar, Mary and Noel for making me feel at home, letting me practice my Spanish and cooking yummy breakfast every morning. The cabana in the garden was a perfect little home (it’s a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures but perfect for one person). Even though the hostel is on the main street, it’s pretty quiet at night until the roosters wake you up in the morning. Also during the day, you can just enjoy a chill time in the hammocks. Oh, and bonus points for the cute hostel cat Bianca.

Nothing much! Some minor points: - There’s no air conditioning in the cabanas (just be aware of the fact), it’s still okay at night with the fan and the temperatures dropped enough so that it was fine. - Guests should not be allowed to smoke in the garden in front of the cabanas (smoke came inside mine for two hours one night…) - To improve the cabanas: add a shelf near the bed & a small lamp and maybe some more hooks. There’s not much space to put things other than the floor. I already told this to the staff and they said they are already planning some of the improvements :)

Friendly Staff , Cozy little bungalows in the garden. Free breakfast included., close to the little beach to enjoy sunsets and boat trips

Rien a redire, hostel super sympa, autant dans l'emplacement que la sympathie du personnel et des volontaires. Tres bien placé dans le centre du village (ou il y a les activités et restaurants)

Die Lage war hervorragend, die Inhaber sehr nett und bei der Planung von Schnorchelausflügen und Shuttle sehr hilfreich, es gab leckeres Frühstück, Kaffee soviel man möchte und Wasser zum Auffüllen. Das Bett ist bequem, das Zimmer allerdings klein. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hätte mir mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von nasser Kleidung gewünscht.

Our hosts were so incredible and we had a delightful stay. The location is perfect for exploring town and the nearby beaches, and the rooms were great! We stayed 8 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The included breakfasts were so delicious and a great way to start our day too!!
