location

my bed in room 108 had bed bugs which woke me up in the middle of the night with multiple bites. i informed the management and turns out this is a known issue. he said they had sprayed the mattress and that it hasnt been an issue for 2 months. he put me in a different room/bed for the night, which worked for the time being. next day before leaving for a tour i wanted to sort out my bed situation. there was no one around even at 11am. i texted the owner but got no response. finally in the middle of my tour i got a response letting me know that if i wanted to stay another night i would have to take the same bed, which has now been sprayed and treated. are you serious?! ok, not being able to sort this matter out earlier put me in a bind due to having to look for a new accomodation later in the afternoon. usually dont rate poorly run hostels due to it being a budget stay. but i felt that this needs to be addressed and to warn any future guest. get it together Panama Hat Hostel.

Volví por segunda vez ya que estuve muy agusto. El encargado es muy amable, te deja guardar el equipaje el dia que te vas. La ubicación es inmejorable, esta en el centro de la ciudad. Todo estaba muy limpio. Muy recomendable!!

La ubicación es muy buena, esta en el centro y es una zona segura para caminar de dia y de noche. El encargado del hostel es muy amable, te ayuda con lo que necesites. Durante mis días en el hostel me fui una noche a las islas de san blas y me permitió dejar aquí mi equipaje. La habitación y las zonas comunes estan limpias, la cocina siempre la vi recogida. Las camas son cómodas. La temperatura está bien porque hay aire acondicionado. Todo perfecto!!

La ubicación perfecta i el chico muy amable

Las camas no tienen nada de privacidad i ha veces hace calor en la habitación porque no se puede controlar el aire des de la habitación i lo van parando
