Nothing I love Marta

The location is amazing. the hostel is on the water and you can hear the ocean all night. The terrace is beautiful to sit in in the morning. The hostel is a bit of the main part which I quite enjoyed as everything is still walkable. It is a family atmosphere in the hostel which I loved.

When I arrived the Hostel was overbooked so I had to stay in one of the hammock the first night. Marta the owner put out a sleeping bag for me and it ended up being ok but not optimal at first.

It’s on the water, proximity to town and hammocks

No towels, lockers or drinking water available at the hostel. The dorms are tiny and when full, there is no space to move around let alone open your backpack. On my last day the host told me that I couldn’t stay past check out had to leave the hostel as new people were coming and there was no space for me?! I found the lady rude and not helpful.

Loved it! The host is so lovely and it is very nice because its a small, cosy place.

I can’t recommend this place enough! the owner, Marta, is incredibly kind and welcoming. the hostel is small which I loved because you can actually get to know the other guests. the views are gorgeous, and falling asleep to the gentle sound of the waves helped me have one of the best nights of sleep in recent memory. the location is a couple minutes away from the main drag which is perfect because a) it’s still close to everything, b) it’s quiet and relaxing, and c) you can jump straight off the deck and into the water if you want to swim!

The owner was fantastic! i felt at home, even though i was on the other side on the world. it was very social, on a very nice way, the location is very nice at well.

Super cute little “hostel” directly on the water. This definitely is a little different to normal hostels but I loved it and extended my stay twice. The house consists of two dorms with 4 beds and the bedroom of the owner (Marta). It has more of a family vibe and you instantly feel at home. Marta knows everyone and everything on the island and is super helpful and relaxed. I just loved the atmosphere here and we had a nice group of people. since it’s so small you connect really easily. it’s only a short walk into town and in a safe area. You can hear the ocean in your dorm which I LOVED. the kitchen is clean and has everything you need to cook. WiFi was also really good which I know is important to some people :) would definitely come back.
