Het duurde lang voordat we geholpen werden en konden inchecken. Daarna werd ons verteld dat het vol zat en we naar hun tweede locatie moesten. Hier kwamen we in een kamer waar de vliegen op de grond lagen, er nog poep in het toilet lag en er lagen haren in het bed. We kwamen er ook nog achter dat we te veel hadden betaald, dat verschil hebben we gelukkig nog terug gekregen.

El agua caliente no era constante se iba a cada rato, la habitación sonaba mucho.. falta de iluminación en la habitación y casi no se ve.

The building is beautiful.

They charged way too much for the airport pickup service, and the driver brought us to a textile place which he didn’t ask for our permission. The bathroom doesn’t work well, needs big improvements.

The location could not be better! In the heart of the city!

Mi estancia aquí fue maravillosa. Marlene y Alberto hicieron toda la diferencia: me hicieron sentir verdaderamente en casa desde el primer momento. Son una familia increíble, súper amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Me orientaron con tours, recomendaciones de qué hacer, logística del viaje e incluso me ayudaron a resolver temas complicados con muchísima paciencia y buena voluntad. El hostel además está muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y con un ambiente acogedor y familiar que hace que una viajera sola se sienta muy segura y bienvenida. Más que un hospedaje, se sintió como quedarse con amigos/familia. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Gracias por todo! ❤️

- clean room - good breakfast with bread, avocado, tomatoes, cheese and coffee - great location

- no shared kitchen despite being advertised - not always someone on reception during the day - tried to make us pay their booking.com commission (overcharge of £10) - shower often went cold
