"Superb"

I came to this hostel after the worst morning of my life: my bag with my wallet and passport was stolen. Staff upgraded me to a private room at no extra cost. The room was comfortable and the wifi was great. Location was excellent

The free breakfast was only out one of the two mornings of my stay.

"Simple but fine hostel in the city center"

This place is right in the city center. There is a rooftop with some chairs to chill. You have a tv in the room.

Great location. Kind friendly and honest staff (they chased us down to give us 5 soles back they owed that we'd totally forgotten about!). Nice breakfast. Loved the roof terrace to chill and do work/admin.

Showers weren't the warmest.

"Ok- you get what you pay for"

Great location, but you get what you pay for. Basic facilities, only 1 shower with hot water. Could do with some TLC- would recommend for a few nights but any longer I couldn’t do.

Shower facilities are quite rough- and constantly had to ask for toilet paper.

Good location and they had a roof top terrace.

We didn’t feel at home at this place. We felt like we were in the way off the staff when they used the kitchen at the same time as us. We didn’t get our one key for the front door, so the staff had to lock us inn and out usually, and it could take some time. Also most of the staff wasn’t helpful or welcoming.

"Cheap and cheerful in a great location"

Really nice rooftop area to enjoy the sunshine! Staff were kind and kept our bags overnight while we did the colca canyon for free. They also allowed us to check in early. Excellent location, close to the main plaza.

Breakfast very basic - just bread jam and coffee. Beds not very comfortable and shower was cold.
