Me gustó la vista, el personal super amable, nos recomendaron los tours y fue excelente. Hubo agua caliente y wifi. A mí y a mi pareja nos encantó, el personal nos dio mucha confianza en todo momento

Unfortunately, our experience at this hostel was far from easy. After coming back from long hikes, the showers were usually cold, with very low water pressure. One time, the water stopped completely while I was already wet because their tank had run out—an incredibly frustrating situation. There were no hooks in the room or bathroom to hang towels or clothes, which made things even more inconvenient. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the toilet was in terrible condition—it didn’t even have a lid, which made using it really unpleasant. We also had to argue with the staff just to get the gas tank replaced so we could cook something warm after hiking all day. Finally, they charged us extra for the Booking.com commission, so we ended up paying more than what was shown in our reservation. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer service.
