El servicio al cuarto o sea no hay limpieza

Nos recibieron con mucho cariño, nos dieron tips excelentes para la aclimatación a la altura, especialmente, la Srta. Rosi con muchas recomendaciones muy útiles durante nuestra estadía y nos apoyó con la reserva de varios tours a un precio muy accesible y todo incluido.

Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que estaba lleno y me llevaron a otro lugar con otras características donde no tenían lo que ofrecieron ... acepte cambiar de local solo por qué quería descansar pronto

Bed could have been made

The location and hostel volunteers who made breakfast were very good.

We had to go to a different place than what we thought and then had to wait 30m at 8pm to get in to the place. The hostel owner over charged us for the room by including the commission she owed to Booking.com and over inflating the exchange rate as the reservation was in USD and we paid in cash. There was also no toilet paper in the toilet for 2 days.

It’s got traditional old architecture and design. It’s close to everything.

The bedsheets and the pillow covers were not changed. Washrooms are very disappointing.

Just the location

The room was very dirty and the toilet was off site and we reserved in the room,the shower has cool water not hot water that day we didn't shower very disappointed and vere expensive

Good location and staff were helpful

Very unclean bathrooms, mouse droppings in room, not comfortable at all in beds etc
