The administration should put a professional and friendly receptionist not just security guards who keep coming in and out of their locked room, feels unprofessional management. I booked a female dorm but they put me to men's room without any concerns at all. Say they are non-challant. The shower room so small, no hangers and hooks to keep clothes as needed for privacy. I had to open the shower door to get towel outside beside toilet while there is open window for me to be seen. Security guards don't help with the luggage, trolley, they don't allow cars to get inside and safely drop me off, the administration are not kind and considerate I asked to be transferred to lower bed but they declined even though there was no booking and checked in two nights passed. I cannot lie about this. Business is business and their business style with their hospitality is as negative compare to their tall buildings. I hate to say this especially I have stocks that give them funding or capital support.
