The staff and the room is kinda spacious and comfortable

There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms—you have to go to the lobby just to connect. I also hope they provide drinking water, and tissue at the restroom like most hostels do. You’ll also need to bring your own lock, as the lockers don’t come with one. Some of the flatmates can be messy and loud, or very sensitive with noise so be prepared for that.

Near office

There was some sort of an issue. I was given a key which had a duplicate given to another person. It was later on sorted.

The price for the accommodation is pretty good, not expensive, and very convenient. The place is very secure and safe.

I’ve stayed in The Flats many times and the service is good. However, this time, I found many cockroaches in the room (sink, bathroom, toilet). I love The Flats since it’s cheap and convenient but I hope this issue can be solved. Additionally, the room I stayed had broken toilet seat and hoping that it could be fixed especially for new people.
