The structure wherein when you go out of the room, they have a small lobby where you can sit to relax but sad to say that you will be inhaling the carbon dioxide from the ACs and mind you it is indoor. We intentionally checked in for a dawn activity, and when it was time to be out, we needed to call the caretaker to open the gate and it took a little longer.

It is just a walking distance to my appointment

The staff were unfriendly, showed no courtesy, and didn’t even bother to smile or make guests feel welcome. The mandatory 500 deposit was absurd—especially when the room had nothing valuable inside to justify it. It felt like an unreasonable and illogical policy. The basics were missing: no complimentary tissue, soap, or shampoo in the bathroom. For the rate they charge, this is unacceptable and nowhere near a hospitable standard. On top of that, the hallway smelled bad, and the noise from the road made it hard to rest. In short, the price does not match the quality. I deeply regret booking this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or worthwhile stay.

The smell in the room, no sink in the men’s restroom, and theres no way for you to exit the place later than when reception closes.

We have stayed here in the past so we chose it again this time. Its very affordable and convenient as it is located near a lot of stores and fast food restaus, and tourist spots. Their rooms are clean.

Thin walls, you can hear loud noises outside which disturb our sleep. Aircon was not that strong. I would also suggest to teach your staffs how to greet and smile to your clients. It seems that they are always tired. lol
