Well located next to airport. Restaurant linked to hostel making it convenient. Dorms modern and well designed.

Fan in the dorm was very noisy

The staff was so friendly made sure I got appropriate transportation without getting scammed and they helped with storing my luggage’s for a tour I did down in Balabac.

The shower wasn’t the greatest needs a new shower head and also needs more cleaning the water doesn’t drain the greatest. There was dead cockroach in the shower.

Location

I had upper bed and the ladder to climb up was very steep. I could have fractured my leg.

Great place for a stop over to the airport as was only 15 minutes! Good facilities really nice food! Beds were comfy and very spacious for dorm rooms.

Le lit dans un box est très agréable, on est dans notre petite bulle.le seul petit hic, ce sont les anneaux en métal des rideaux du lit, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour les voisins.

A part la douche qui n'etait vraiment pas très propre, le reste l'était.

It's a good place with very kindly personal. But will be ready if your ask under their usual answers - u don't get need u help bc u foreigner. And it's ok, but I think need fix this point For example: I have before a long way to here and when I wait my check in - I'm slept. Wake up on 4 pm and I need ask my check in, bc staff not ask me what I'm wait and etc. it's strange. One guy sleep in your lobby and it not interested personal But in other it's good place with good value

The facilities were great but even more impressive was the restaurant food and amazing staff.

I letti erano grandi . Struttura pulita. L ostello molto carino. Si mangia benissimo .

Lo staff é pessimo. Premetto non sono mai stati scorbutici ma sono dei gran bugiardi e fanno finta di non capire. Se dovete fare escursioni NON affidatevi a loro !!! Ho prenotato tramite loro l escursione all underground river avevo anche già pagato quando la ragazza la sera mi avverte che è stato annullato per il mal tempo ( poi ho scoperto che in realtà è arrivata una crociera e quando è così purtroppo annullano da tutte le parti ) quindi ho riservato per il giorno dopo sprecando un giorno in più per la vacanza. Ci eravamo messe d’accordo che se l escursione veniva annullato di nuovo avrei preso il van della mattina per andare a el nido e se in caso si faceva , facevo l escursione e poi avrei preso il van il pomeriggio. Prenoto per me e due miei amici . Io avevo già pagato loro pagano il pomeriggio. Il giorno dopo lo staff entra nella camera dicendo che il van li stava aspettando erano le 7 l escursione partiva alle 8 gli dico alla ragazza che l orario dell escursione era diverso ed era presto lei mi dice che è stata annullata per il mal tempo. Quindi mi sbrigo i miei amici mi aspettavano fuori quando gli dico che l escursione è stata annullata loro mi dicono che l escursione si faceva e non capivamo perché a me aveva detto così e loro in un altro modo . Vado dalla ragazza chiedo spiegazione non sapeva che cosa dire e si è inventata che io non potevo fare L escursione perché non avevo prenotato quando in realtà avevo già pagato e prenotato per me e per i miei amici , FOLLIA!!! ho dovuto alzare la voce poiché i ha fatto perdere due giorni per non si sa quale motivo. Alla fine ci sono andata e ho preso il van al pomeriggio. Solo dopo ho scoperto che ci sono potuta andare perché una persona aveva rinunciato al viaggio. Vi e mi è andata bene. L ostello è bello ma non fate affidamento a loro.
