Ignacio’s Place

The receptionist in the morning was very helpful and was recommending places to go. She was kind and understandable and helpful. She is a hard worker always cleaning and busy doing a good job.

It seems like the bathroom wasn't fully fixed after something broke down. The receptionist at night didn't understand me much. His english is limited so it was difficult communicating with him.

Staff and owner had terrible service. I asked for cleaning of room but they never cleaned. No one at the helpdesk most if the time. I WA the owner also no reply. Very lousy service. Not worth the money we pay. No wonder I do not see other travellers. Those who stay are mianky long term tenants. The worst is after all complaining and requesting a response via message or WA, no reply at all.

Almost Central location; you get what you pay for; fair; noisy, but it’s about the city not the spot; recommended if looking for sth affordable to spend a night or two

There were ants throughout the room, and noise from the next door made it hard to feel any privacy. The place had a motel-like vibe, which made me feel uneasy during our stay. That said, it was cheap and the only room available since we booked last minute (the resort I prebooked cancelled because of the typhoon), so given the circumstances, it was a semi-acceptable option, but we will never book again.

Staff was super friendly helped us alot , they even let us cook for 1 night give us they give us full comfort wifi works fine I could work online!! Really amazing stay there worth to stay here !!

Nothing

A very enjoyable stay at Ignacio's place. Close to everything, or only a short ride away. I felt safe and welcomed. The rooms were quiet and the common area a nice place to sit for a meal.

Some of the bed features, like the pillows, and bed frame, were a little tired and could do with an update. But all the linen was clean and smelled fresh.
