Der Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit Bar und Minipool. Das Hotel hat eine gute ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße und ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Im Zimmer gibt es die komplette Ausstattung an Zahnbürsten, Slipper und weiterer Utensilien. Die Hotelgruppe bietet eine eigene Cocktail-/Spirituosenmischung an Hubuoka. Eine Mischung aus Rum und verschiedenen Säften - total lecker und auch für den Flug nach Hause käuflich zu erwerben.
Das Frühstück wird in Form von Menüs ausgewählt. Für uns ist die Auswahl in Ordnung, aber es gibt nur einen Kaffee/Getränk dazu. Wir haben bereitwillig den zweiten Kaffee bezahlt, aber eigentlich wäre es schön, wenn das nicht so eng reglementiert würde.
