- good location in makati - tasty oatmeal at the breakfast

- air c very loud and inneficient - small double bed , is more of a single(luckily it was just me , impossible to fit 2) - very steep and small hallway to rooms - no elevator - sound proofing is zero , you hear every motorbike riding outside and everyone coming back to their rooms at night

Location is good, breakfast is convenient and has many options. Only stayed one night so it served the purpose.

There is live music going on and the electricity box does a lot of noise, which we end up disconnecting all electricity to be able to sleep.

Fine for one night, but VERY expensive for what you get

Bad service, we asked the staf if it was possible to book us a cap for the next day towards the Clark airport. Next day they tried Grab (but as I told them, this didn’t work) so they said we should figure it out ourselfs, very bad service. The hotel is to expensive for the kind of service you get, also the facilities are outdated.

Structure in a great location. Friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. Recommended

Schedule concerts on the ground floor that end at midnight and not at 3 am

Clean and convenience. Accessible to major places for night outs

Too noisy, not recommended for someone who needs rest.

It was great apart from the loud noise from the live band going until 3am. They should have made it clear about the loud noises as we wouldn’t have booked it. Great for the right person if you know what you are getting into

Noise disturbances

Location is good.

Not hygienic unfortunately. Our sheets had multiple marks. Also hard stain. The airconditioning was installed direct above the bed and was full with (old) dust. Last but not least; breakfast was included - most of the dishes included fruit, but there was no fruit available.
