Staff always available, very friendly and helped us out with what we needed. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast! Very close to lots of good bars in Poblacion district and an easy walk to Rockwell mall.

No issues, it met our expectations.

The service Even though I was sick and I ask for a spoon of honey with lime and they charge 120000 not sure over what value of honey cost I think that was very ridicules specially that it is a client that is sick and honey is use to sweet the coffee and tee that I never use anything in the morning with the include breakfast . Also they delayed me and another girl that was leaving in my take bc they were little disorganize of what she paid already then they apologize bc she was right that she paid it and she left saying I will not pay doble but they were insisting that she did not pay . Almost she has to pay doble

The small common space in the room and the lockers are broken so because there were not many guest I waded able to use another locker bc the one in my bed it was broken. Also the stairs are not so secure it feels unsafe I went up few ocasión to put me things in the lock of the other bed and I was scare to fall imagine in the night if need to go to bathroom and I had use jump bed in school and I am use to it

The staff was very kind! Good location

Terrible party at halloween, i felt my bed is in a discoteque i could not sleep until 5 am cause the music on the rooftop was soo laud and the wasted full drunk children with bottle of whiskey were screaming all night long… it was terrible, next day they just told a sorry. An other strange thing, they came to clean the room at 3am next day! Terrible

Clean, tidy, helpful staff and good food!

It smelled amazing, very clean and well decorated . Variety of food at restaurant on premises Bed was super soft

No laundry service but there is a laundromat 2 mins walk away from the hotel When requested for cold pressed orange juice-they kept mixing boxed juice in it
