Near naia T3

I was greeted by an extremely unfriendly and sarcastic woman — I’m not sure if she was the owner or the caretaker, but her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Her rudeness set a terrible tone from the start. I chose this place because it was cheap and close to NAIA Terminal 3, but I still couldn’t get any proper rest. It felt unsafe, the smell was awful, and the entire place was dirty. There was no real privacy — the curtains were see-through, and the bathroom door couldn’t even be locked. I would not come back here

My wife stayed here. She loved the location. It's close to NAIA. I think the staff seemed very friendly. The room was totally empty and she was the only one living in a 4 bed room, which is nice.

My wife called me and she told me that she felt unsafe and scared in the room. But she had a lot of issues in that room. 1. the window faced inside into the hallway. There's no outward facing window. Also, the curtain is transparent and there's no privacy. She had to hang up her own blanket onto the window to cover it (as she needed to change clothes etc). 2. The toilet doesn't lock. The entire locking thing is totally missing. 3. It advertises for free coffee, but the only thing available is hot water. 4. The internet was a bit slow and had obvious dead zones. Her call wasn't stable when she was calling me using the wifi in that hotel. 5. There's rats roaming around. It wasn't a very big rat, but she doesn't like rats. It was 2 small rats roaming around in her room. If they lowered the price to 300 to 500 peso (or even lower), I think it would be better.

Very close to the airport which was perfect for us. Lovely family who were super helpful.

Room / bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Our room was severely hot but we did visit in the height of summer (they did also warn us that we were in a non a/c room but nonetheless the fans didnt cool it down)

Good value and ok for price paid, short walk from terminal 3

Near NAIA… Location is near a lot of the necessities… Jeepneys is easily accessible…
