very good location, clean and really nice staff. just a shame they don’t serve breakfast but there’s a good and cheap local restaurant down the street ( Mila’s)

Water kept being turned off at the mains and few mosquitoes in the room due to small holes in the wall near air conditioning

Great location, so close to the main area!! And the owner was lovely. Air con worked and the wifi was also sufficient :)

It was basically a construction site, however the 4 rooms had been completed and were fine inside, however our clothing smelt of damp when we left :( the mattress was uncomfortable but I think many are like this in the Philippines :) very very noisy cockerel outside the window so didn’t sleep great

The property was conveniently situated in Panagsama town. Only 2 mins walk from the seafront. Although the building isn’t quite finished, all 5 rooms are nice enough. As a family looking to relax and do some activities we found a hotel 20 meters away that had a fantastic large swimming pool that you could use for £7 a day. So the perfect compliment to staying at Marz inn. The owner Marz also helped us organise trips by giving us good advice on where to go. When my daughter developed a bad reaction to the sun Marz also gave us access to a freezer where we could store ice to treat my daughter’s swollen face. All in all a great little gem of a olace with lovely owners. Warm showers as well.

Not quite finished. But who cares. Good Wi-Fi in communal area. Some rooms have patchy Wi-Fi.

Very good welcoming attentive staff. Basic room but newly built and very clean with good aircon and a nice hot shower. Nice off road secure parking for the motorbike. Just a few minutes walk to the central bar area, but far enough to be quiet at night.

Road traffic and Rooster noise will wake you up early.
