Dobra lokalizacja. Do Spodka 20 minut pieszo. Na takie przespanie się po meczu czy koncercie ok. Na dłużej raczej średnio.

Czystość w łazienkach nie istnieje. Śmierdzi potężnie, deski fruwają, wszystko się lepiło.

Hałas i światło z ulicy, zasłona w oknie nie spełnia zadania i przepuszcza światło latarni. Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia, szczególnie łazienka. Spodziewałam się lepszego standardu, jakości w tej cenie
