It's a great place to stay in central Warsaw. The location is perfect - close to the Main Railway Station, plenty of nice restaurants around, good transport options. The hostel itself is simple yet very clean, quiet, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, the shower is hot and strong. It was very quiet during our stay in mid-June.

This hotel is an absolute piece of trash. When I made the reservation, the listing clearly stated a double bed room, with absolutely no mention of a bunk bed anywhere. However, upon check-in, the hotel insisted that I had booked a bunk bed and claimed my booking info was "correct. When I demanded a room change, they lied straight to my face saying they were fully booked. Yet, when I checked Booking.com right at that moment, the app showed that double bed rooms were still available! This is a blatant scam and fraud. My friend and I even tried to pull out the sofa to sleep on, but it was impossible. In the end, we had to immediately book a new room at a completely different hotel. Do yourself a favor and NEVER stay here. Disgusting customer service and a total rip-off!
