我向BOOKING反應房間有煙味 隔天一早還被青旅員工嗆說反應這個問題這樣很不行 並在還未到退房時間時就趕出去了 一開始說給我10分鐘收 後來只給我五分鐘 員工態度惡劣

Brak kontaktu, dzwoniłem w piątek, sobotę niedzielę, odpisują po angielsku O 7 rano obudził mnie gość z obsługi i jakieś pretensje miał, a cala noc nikogo nie bylo i o nic sie dowiedzieć nie bylo można

"Really shit experience"

The location is near to railway station

Its totally shit , the receptionist is a country person, he doesn't behaving properly, and they didn't provide wifi , and in bathroom we cant use the bathroom, its getting leak . In the room, its smelling so bad , and the receptionist sprayed glass cleaner in our for smell . Its totally disappointed for me . He gave me a bunk bed first, even though I booked a double bed for 170zl. He doesn't seem to know what customers have booked.
