Great location for the price, very nice stuff.

Shared bathroom, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. No towels

Exceptionally kind and helpful hosts. Location couldn't be more central. A really 'magical' city. A quaint and old-fashioned place with lots of 'atmosphere.' Beautiful surroundings. Traditional Café/In-house eatery downstairs. Perfect.

Not much, to be honest - except the value-for-money not being great .......... but then it's NOT surprising really, seeing as the city is just HEAVING with tourists.

Located right in the centre of old town close to all the attractions and the river. Bedrooms are very cosy and the lady who runs it is extremely friendly and kind.

Not much in way of kitchen facilties and showers don't drain properly.

Perfect location on the old town square.

Not sure what I slept on, but it was not a bed with a matress. Hall way was creepy because it didn't have much light. Cobwebs in the bathroom.

you can hear everything what’s happening in the bathroom/next room, couldn’t get rid of the bad smell in the room.

Location is great, right in the centre of the old town and the building is quiet. When I booked the hostel I got an airport transfer included which was very welcome.

Tiny room, wasn't clean, luckily no bed bugs, the wifi was terrible and I had to go elsewhere to work. The room was warm, but the radiator made a lot of noise and I had to turn it off at night. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, I'm used to basic facilities, but one toilet for the whole floor was inadequate and the place seemed uncared for. Only one socket, no points to charge your phone on the upper beds, which meant you had to climb down the steep ladder if you needed to check your phone. Also no towel included, though wasn't clear when booking. To check in, you need to go to the restaurant in the basement. The man was friendly and professional in-between running the restaurant, but that was the only physical contact I had with staff. The man in the room next door said his door didn't shut properly and he called the hostel number and no-one came to fix it. Showers had hot water, they tended to flood a bit, but wasn't a major issue. All in all wouldn't stay there on my next trip to Toruń.
