The location and the place it self

Checkin process, it should be more smooth and easy

Had most of the basic amenities and in a location good for accessing the old city, restaurants and pubs. Close to the tram line as well.

Under maintained, TV had no remote and several broken buttons. No airflow at all on the room so woke up with a strong headache. It had windows but only in the ceiling so can't be open in rain. There is artificial ventilation but it is as loud as a train so you can not keep it on at night. If you want a good location for touring the old city and the nightlife it may be ok. But if you want a bit more comfort this is not the place.

At first it was hard to get to the room but after reaching out directly to the management i was able to get in, the biggest downside of the stay is definitely the temperature across was very cold even with the heat on; the biggest positive is the location is right on the heart of the city.

Except for the location, nothing was good . If I start complaining, there will be multiple pages, so I will describe it in Brief.

Everything, everything, everything. There was not a single thing, Which I could even like. 1st of all it was big challenge for me to check in, as there were no prior instructions given for check in. It was -4 degrees ( negative 4) in poznan and we were outside the Hostel with my wife, with no 1 responding. I took the help of neighbors to get in. The contact number which was given was not reachable. Then I decided to go back to Germany from where I had come , because I had no place to stay. Then the owner finally somehow replied giving instructions that key in the black box with the code number. He was so rude and arrogant in the replying, as if I have done the mistake by not contacting him. Now bed was manageable for 2 , but in this cold he provided only and only 1 bedsheet between 2 people. Woow wowo, amazing. But then ,I somehow calmed down. Now the next day ,in morning, we wanted to take a bath, but there is no Hot water even after starting the boiler, I am sure the owner will have big answer for this. Moreover, we wanted to have coffee, but induction was not working. Oh my God. I never write bad reviews for anyone, but this stay Forced me to write. No 1 at the reception, No 1 to guide No 1 for helping in any situation. No 1 to answer the call. I have been to so many apartment stays in Europe, but this was just just just terrible. I just want to forget this to trip. I can write more, but this is enough.

For the price we paid It was worth value. We arrived when the recepcion was already closed so we called the assistance number and they were so helpful. Good location

I don’t recomment it for families since hostel it’s in the same building as a night club
