Dopiero po opłaceniu rezerwacji dostałam informację że dostępne jest tylko WC z powodu awarii. Naprawa prysznica trwała dwa dni (cały mój pobyt), było głośno i niekomfortowo. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Generalnie obiekt zaniedbany, przy oknach wilgoć, ściany bardzo brudne, wyposażenie obiektu poniszczone. Ściany cienkie, w pokojach słychać nawet skrzypienie schodów z korytarza. W obiekcie obowiązuje zakaz palenia, jednak nikt tego nie kontroluje, śmierdziało papierosami.
