"No fue de mi agrado realmente"

Nada, cuando llegue la joven que atendía estaba pasada de copas y no hubo mucha amabilidad al día siguiente no había nadie para atender excepto la señora de limpieza Hilda excelente persona espero la valoren

El trato recibido, a la llegada, fue mi primera vez en puerto Rico y no fue de agrada la recepción al otro día no había nadie de recepción que recibiera las llaves y que me respondiera algunas preguntas. Creo que aunque sea Hostel debería haber una persona por si sucede alguna eventualidad

"Si no quieres gastar tanto en alojamiento y no te importa mucho el tema de la limpieza pues esta sería una buena opción."

La ubicación en plena calle Fortaleza cerca de todos los puntos de interés. La casa tiene encanto.

Algunos huéspedes que llegaban de amanecida no respetaban el silencio en los pasillos/ sala común. El wifi no llegaba a la habitación.

"Ótima localização e ótimos funcionários - Hostel pode melhorar o conforto"

A localização é maravilhosa, no meio de Old San Juan, e os funcionários são excepcionais, principalmente o Carlos! Carlos me deu ótimas dicas para a minha viagem solo e foi muito cuidadoso com todos no Hostel! Nota 10 para ele! As instalações são bem limpas também.

A verdade é que Puerto Rico não tem uma cultura forte de estadia em Hostels (são poucas opções disponíveis inclusive). Mas o Hostel poderia colocar cortinas nas beliches para aumentar a privacidade (as pessoas acabam usando suas próprias toalhas/cobertores para isso), e também mudar a recepção para 24h - isso diminuiria as pessoas conversando alto no lobby na madrugada e deixaria a segurança do Hostel melhor.
