"I could not stay in San Juan with no reservation, there were no rooms avalable!"

I am sad to say that the hotel was not open it was close down and I did not know it was close. I miss my opportunity for my art exhibition for the big festival in San Juan!

That Booking.com did not let me know that the hotel was not available and to make any changes of the reservation.

"Hostel viejo y no muy limpio"

La ubicación, muy cerca de todo.

La puerta estaba cerrada y no había manera de acceder, casualmente entraba una chica y me facilitó el acceso. Casi nunca hay nadie en recepción. El hostel está bastante viejo y no muy limpio. No facilitan jabón ni champú. El WiFi no funciona en las habitaciones.

No guardan tus valijas (solo lo avisan después de hacer la reserva). Los baños están todos en un costado entonces quedan muy lejos de algunas habitaciones. Ruidoso

Excelente hostal en Viejo San Juan. Fortel Hostel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y muchos lugares de interés turístico. Todo se puede recorrer caminando. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para hospedarse en San Juan.

"Boa localização e bom custo benefício."

A localização é na melhor área turística de San Juan.

O lugar não tem funcionários a noite, então depende do bom senso dos hóspedes na questão do barulho noturno nas áreas comuns.
