Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo szybki transport tramwajem do samego centrum miasta. Blisko zoo. Możliwość zaparkowania pod samym obiektem ale niestety są parkometry. Liczne sklepy w okolicy

Straszny smród na klatce, który niestety dostawał się do pokoju. Brak lodówki, telewizora, suszarki do włosów.
