GBThe location & convenience - metro station walking distance away which was perfect. Parking always available just outside the property was also a bonus.
The fact that they didn't turn the central heater on - the radiators were off - I had to sleep clothed on the first night, call the property manager asking for thicker blankets & nearly beg to switch on the central heating.

USI loved the place, its classic style, nearness to the metro line, and responsiveness of the guest services host. It was also affordable for the private room. While the other amenities are shared I enjoyed my own private room. This time I didn’t want to stay in a hostel and this was the perfect balance of some privacy and shared spaces.
