El servicio al cliente , fueron muy atentos y oportuna la ayuda

There’s a lot of restaurants and walkable to metro. There’s a bus stop right at the door.

The doors and taps are dilapidated. it needed an upgrade. The small deadbolt is not enough security to lock the door. We had a lot of bug bites during our stay.

Non c'era l'aria condizionata, il bagno era fuori dalla camera, la camera aveva una sola finestra per lo più in mezzo a mura,gli altri ospiti lasciavano la cucina sporca padelle sporche nel lavabo,

Great location and excellent hospitality The location is very convenient, and the apartment was clean and well organized. The lady who welcomed us was extremely friendly and helpful — her care and attention really stood out. If I had a property in Lisbon, I would definitely trust her to manage it.

Needs serious renovation, but has potential! The location has promise, but the apartment requires urgent attention. The kitchen is extremely old, with broken cabinets and outdated utensils that are no longer suitable for use. A full renovation and replacement of all kitchen items is necessary for both hygiene and functionality. The bathroom is also very outdated, with a persistent unpleasant smell. The room I stayed in, located at the back of the building, had a strong musty odor and an old, worn-out sofa. While the bed sheets were clean, they were very old, which reduced the overall quality and comfort of the stay. The cushions were also worn and in need of replacement to meet basic accommodation standards. A major issue is a generator at the back of the building, which activates every 10 minutes and runs for about 20 minutes, creating loud noise during the day and night. This can significantly disturb sleep for anyone staying in the back rooms. With a full renovation, this property could become a much more pleasant and comfortable place to stay. However, the generator noise appears to be a permanent issue that cannot be easily resolved.

Todo el alojamiento era terrible, en booking dice que es baño privado y ES MENTIRA son habitaciones de literas y baño compartido, encima encontramos un bicho en la bañera, todas las instalaciones eran terribles, sucias, descuidadas, nuestra habitación incluso tenía una puerta que anteriormente conectaría con la otra habitación y estaba tapiada con un cacho de madera… podria tirarme horas hablando de todo lo que estaba mal, no repetiría de ninguna manera.
