Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. There was no option for early check-in, which would have been fine—but when we arrived at the exact time stated in the owner’s email, our room was still occupied by previous guests who hadn’t checked out yet. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, as the room clearly hadn’t been prepared for new arrivals. Another concern was the lack of security. The main door didn’t have a proper lock, and the room’s keypad lock wasn’t working either. Although they provided us with a key, it didn’t feel secure at all. The bed looked clean at first, but it had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. On the positive side, the price is affordable, the location is convenient and close to the beach, and the caretaker was very kind and apologetic about the situation. However, the owner seemed disorganized and unaware that the room was still occupied before allowing us to check in. Overall, the only strong point of this place is its location. Improvements in management, cleanliness, and security are definitely needed.
