Holzboden in der Dusche trocknet langsam

I stayed for 1 night in a private room and it was all very good. I would return without hesitation!

The host was very responsive to messages, yet only as we got closer to the date of my stay.

I liked the cleaningness and quietness. The bed was okay as well, and the contact with the staff was via whatsApp, the information for the check in was clear and easy.

I didn't like the fact that on the website of the Hostel it said they have breakfast included, and they are some reviews from past clients that talk about the amazing breakfast, and there was none. In the kitchen, no stove to cook some pasta or food. Only a microwave, which is not healthy to cook. And the ceiling in the bedroom was full of mold on the corner next to the bed, and the net for the windows was ripped. For the price charged i think its a bit expensive. As i thought i was having breakfast included for that price.

Communication was on point as far as directions and how to retrieve the key card. The place was clean, and very peaceful day and night. My room was cozy with nice big balcony and a great view of the Fort up in the hill. The area was safe. The shower was great with hot water and nice shower pressure. The kitchen facility allows you to prepare your own food. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster but no stove nor oven to cook in.

The parking area is about 2-3 blocks away and i had heavy luggage which was a little tough. Also, No elevators so again, getting the luggage up to 3rd floor was tough. The restaurants are a little farther away and you have to go up and down a hill.However it was manageable since i"m fairly fit.

La ubicación, la atención para autochecking, la tranquilidad. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a Ilha Terceira.

Ficámos encantados com este hostel! A localização é excelente — muito perto da praia e das principais atrações da cidade, o que facilitou imenso os nossos passeios. Há café por perto com preços muito acessíveis, o que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Passámos momentos maravilhosos aqui. O ambiente é bonito, acolhedor e muito bem cuidado. Sem dúvida, uma estadia inesquecível. Recomendamos com todo o coração!
