Not enough bathrooms

Some guests arriving late at night after the pub crawl were having very loud conversations throughout the hostel, waking everyone up, yet the employee at the reception desk didn't bother to tell then to keep the noise down. Happened more than once in the same night, and lasted several minutes each time. Staff needs to be more proactive with this, especially since they have to open the front door themselves past midnight, so they can't pretend not to be aware of the situation... Also, a couple hooks and a shelf in the bathrooms would be great so we don't have to put all our stuff on the floor or toilet lid when having a shower!
