Breakfast

In front of a cementery and have to complete a form which isn’t working in order to get access as there is no staff to receive you. I book 1 double bed and got two singles for a married couple( I ask to change and got told it’s fully booked) in the morning was literally one single guy and us in the hotel, completely empty….it must be clear to client
