Location (it's near everything), comfi bed and excellent pillows (by my taste), spaceus bathroom, functional air-conditioning.

Lack of towel hangers in the bathroom; the room ha a little bit of odor, but like mixed with perfume (hard to explain), at the end it's nothing to worry about, it's not very strong, you just need toa ventilate the room by opening the window/door.
