The upstairs bathroom door hinges need to be oiled. ...because old men have to get up in the night...and we don't like disturbing other guests. ;)

big room, great location and cozy decor

the room door could be opened even when locking. that’s actually problematic. in other situations would be really bad. but nothing happened. i think there weren’t even no one staying on our floor. but that’s quite bad.

This is the 4th time I have stayed there. It is small and feels like staying in someone’s house. The kitchen is huge, the beds comfortable and the location is very central. I shall definitely be staying there again.

Everything is very clean and well equiped

Two of the guests (living there ?) where fighting / drinking and it was very noisy during pur night here. It started again in the morning when we left.

Huge clean room. They send you the door code at check-in time and you enter and use another code to access your room key- it sounds complicated but it was all very easy. Good location. There's a coffee machine too.

The place is very nice, like a little castle, it has much space, furnished with taste with love, love the room number 6. All the bathrooms and kitchen very modern and convenient, much space and 2 big fridges. Almost 15 years I come in Guimarães for work, and hotel rooms are quite very sad, like hospital rooms quite sometimes. This place is typical Portuguese charm with very good energy inside and much taste. Place very clean all well organised for a perfect stay. I recommend this place and I would like to book for next trips in Guimarães. I congratulate you for all the care. Best wishes. Lorenzo

It is small, quiet and feels like a home. The location is very central. The kitchen facilities are excellent.
