La Casa de Pedro Hostel

Everything was perfect.

Good and social hostel with everything you need. I could even park my motorcycle inside the fence. I would definitely go here again.

Was nice and quiet and very clean. Only about 15 min walk to the beach.

The dorm room was a pretty dark since there is no window, and quite humid.

The host is amazing and she managed to accommodate me for carnival night which was so kind. A lovely big kitchen, really well equipped and a great location with a quiet nights sleep yet only 6 blocks from the bus station and similar to the costinera and one block to the plaza de armas.

I had a private room with bathroom but I got some serious static/electric shocks from the taps. It was really quite painful and I had numbing for a couple of hours afterwards. I mentioned it to the host and she said she would get it fixed on Monday. I do hope so. I would suggest maybe having labels for things in the fridge. My water was taken as was my butter so maybe labels would help a little.

Good location, walking distance to bus terminal, restaurants, beach and centre.

it's a basic but nice really nice place, super friendly and has a nice kitchen and terrace space, if it was full I can imagine the one bathroom being a bit of an issue but wasn't when I stayed, everything was clean

privacy curtains around the beds in the dorm would be the only improvement I can think of
