The air conditioning doesn't work, so the upper bed get hot

- dirty: no washed linen, no cleaning between the guests, bathroom not cleaned - vermin in the room: spiders, bedbugs - smoking staff in front of the room - no fresh air - bed stinks - linen are stained and perforated - staff makes noise at night in front of the room - dirty dishes and leftover food in the corridor

very dirty and there is no space or table where I would have my breakfast food.

it needs general cleaning, change of furniture, change of bathroom because there is no shower cabin.

The location was perfect, close to the city center, good public transportation connectivity, and a good amount of shops and food places nearby. There were extra towels and bed covers. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Besides the bed, the cleanliness of the bathroom, kitchenette and overall the room wasn't exactly that good. There was no working light where the kitchenette was, and the overall lighting in the room was very weak and dim. At night, the room was quite cold. The bed, bed sheets and towels seemed clean, but did not smell clean.
