There were a couple of positive aspects: the sauna and the surrounding setting are truly exceptional, and the common area can be pleasant when it’s not too crowded.

The overall experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The room was extremely small, more like a cell than a proper bedroom. It’s also surprising that cleaning is not included despite the high cost, and being messaged on the day of departure to confirm that everything would be checked felt quite uncomfortable. Bed linen is not included either, and although the towels were clean, they felt quite rough, as if they have never seen fabric softener. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, we were quite surprised by the low standard of the rooms, among the worst we have experienced, even compared to youth hostels.

Sauna and relax room. Large lobby with sofas and tables.

No service AT ALL. Just a phone number to call where a bored person tells you your room number and confirms there is no shop or restaurant in the area. No help, no suggestion, no solution proposed. The room is as large as a cupboard. Was also apparently not supposed to be a room as the furniture was kind of blocking an emergency exit. Except for the sauna, everything has a taste of obsolescence. Had the impression to be back in time in some wornout soviet facility.

Rummet var väldigt litet och trångt. gick inte att öppna kylskåpet utan att flytta på en stol.

Chambre très petite, pas de douches privées, on ne peut pas les fermer, les parois sont transparentes et c’est dans un espace partagé. Rideaux pas assez occultants le matin
