Rent och städat. Charmiga gemensamma utrymmen. Välutrustat kök.

Lite mer hemtrevligt hade kunnat ordnas (fler växter, tavlor etc). Kanske att man sätter upp en skylt om att ingången är från den andra trappan när man kommer från gatan in till byggnaden. Lite klen ventilation i rummen.
