Location (worked well for me, but might not for everyone), sufficient parking space, a grocery store and an ATM nearby.

Terrible staff. When I showed up with a confirmed reservation, I was immediately told in a rude manner to basically "get lost", no rooms are available, stop bothering me. When I repeated the simple fact, that I had a confirmed reservation and therefore I am expecting to be accommodated, the receptionist began to raise his voice, telling me that he does not care about the confirmation. He also used the argument that it is "an automated machine" that confirmed my reservation and that means nothing. I asked for a supervisor, got a reply "He is off". I kept asking for some kind of authority to deal with the situation as the receptionist had no clue and just kept telling me to leave (together with various insults). After a while, I got him to call his boss, who then called back and told the receptionist to give me a room. No apology followed, the receptionist just said that somebody had cancelled a reservation. Now, this is not only a warning to the fellow travelers to be prepared for a hard negotiation, I am also appealing to you (meaning Booking.com) to take some kind of action towards this property as this experience is absolutely unacceptable and possibly even illegal. I do not have the name of either of the involved personnel,but it was the night from the 15th to the 16th of June.

Good facilities, wide room. Clean to some degree

It is far off the city center, for that reason you are dependent on public transportation or taxi. Public transport is infrequent at late hours. There were spiders on ceiling corners. They did not accept card payments.

According to the man at the reception, keys are only prepared after a reservation before two o'clock in the afternoon, and then you don't have a reservation. At 11 p.m. in the evening I had to look for a new place. If you find yourself in such a situation, use Hotel Avion nearby.

Cheepest price for the entire room. Quite and calm place. Affordable for a long term stay.

Too far from the city center - you have to use one bus then another one tram. Personal don't speak English at all. No kitchen ware at all.
