Most expensive Hostel I have been in 5 months of Latin america. 22 Dollar per Night in a Room with 10 People. and not even a Towel or Hot Water. Also got 10 Mosquito Bites per Night

Everything. I booked a room according to the descriptions and pictures on booking and hostelworld and the room was completely different. No curtains, no ac or fan, and the beds were literally falling apart, i did not even dare to move. The pictures on the website show you one type of room but the others are completely terrible and very expensive!?!? It was most uncomfortable and it was a scam, because they make you believe you book the nice pods with curtains and AC and when you get there they stuffed me in the bad room. The breakfast is not good and the helpdesk was not helpful. Complete scam. Definitely do not recommend. I was sick so I booked this hostel exactly for the privacy and comfort, and I got the complete opposite, and they still made me pay a ridiculous price. I could not leave because everything else was booked up. They did not compensate me in any way, in fact, they did not even admit that the website shows one type of room, and that its a scam if you end up in the other one.
