I had a really enjoyable stay at Eve House. The mattress was very comfortable, which made a big difference for a good night’s sleep. The dorm is spacious, accommodating up to 15 guests, but it never felt crowded thanks to the large layout. There are lockers available, and everything was kept very clean the rooms and toilets were cleaned regularly from early morning. There’s also a small parking area outside for motorbikes, which is very convenient. The location is perfect, even if you don’t drive a motorbike it’s only about 1.5 km to the beach, and there are several restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. One of the best parts of this place is the atmosphere — it’s a great spot to meet friendly people and socialize. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it. I’d happily come back again.

A couple of things could be improved. It would be great to have a fridge and access to hot water outside the dorm for guests who want to make coffee in the morning or store things like water and fruit. Also, adding some hanging lines outside for clothes would help a lot, as people currently leave their things around the common area, which is meant for relaxing and socializing. Lastly, it would be nice if the reception staff were a bit more welcoming a simple smile can make the whole experience feel smoother and more friendly. ☺️

In der Unterkunft gab kein kostenloses Trinkwasser, keinen Wasserkocher, kein Glas und keine Tasse. Der Kühlschrank könnte im Restaurant benutzt werden, ist aber nur bis 18:00 geöffnet. Der Kaffee im Restaurant ist sehr teuer.

very clean facilities, some staff members were absolutely lovely. good dorm, nice amount of space for each person, they’ll let you swap beds if you like.

No hot water kettle not fridge. I asked once for hot water and the owner was not happy about that. gave me a half-empty cup and demanded i return it ASAP.

The bungalows are well kept and very clean. You can see that the hosts pay attention to detail and care about their guests. It was very lovely even in the basic bungalow. The coffee is amazing and the hosts are truly nice and helpful. The garden is very beautiful, and I loved to spend time there. Would definitely come back. Best beaches and food options nearby. You can also rent a good scooter. Everything was very convenient!! This is my second time in Koh Kood and the third place I visited and this place is by far the best.

Bungalows en bon etat et tres propre disperses dans une foret de cocotiers.Personnel symapatique et a l'ecoute.C'etait bien.

A really nice dorm with comfortable beds, it has curtains now. The cafe is nice to have nearby but lots of other options to eat in the island. Great easy scooter hire. Lovely garden.

I found it difficult to get staff attention sometimes but other than that all fine. They definitely take care of everyone and are helpful when you have a question.

Ottima posizione vicino alle spiagge più belle e con buoni ristoranti economici nei dintorni. Letto molto comodo e bagni puliti.

La proprietaria della struttura o comunque chi la gestisce è una persona per nulla gentile. Sarebbe meglio si mettesse a fare le pulizie cedendo il suo ruolo alle signore che puliscono bagni e camere che invece sono carine e gentili. Nel dormitorio (15 letti ma questo dalle foto non si evince) non c’è ricambio d’aria e il risultato è un costante odore d’aglio dato che qui è un ingrediente onnipresente. I prezzi del ristorante sono esorbitanti. Intorno ci sono ristoranti economici e davvero buoni a prezzi più bassi di almeno il 40%. Sarebbe più intelligente adeguarsi al mercato così da richiamare più clienti. I cani abbaiano durante la notte e condividono il patio del dormitorio con gli ospiti. Inoltre dormono sui tavoli li fuori(non mi riferisco a quelli del ristorante)e il giorno dopo gli ospiti inconsapevoli si siedono lí a mangiare. Conclusione: Basterebbe davvero poco per avere un buon risultato. Ma evidentemente è più importante il profitto che la qualità del posto.
